In this closing session, we reflect on the key insights from the summit and the industry's shift from reactive exam security to proactive integrity management. The discussion highlights why collaboration, shared intelligence, and program-wide risk management will be essential to protecting trust in assessments in the age of AI.

Panel details:

  1. Sanjoe Jose (Talview)

Thank you all for being here today. Hope you all had a good time. We started this morning talking about an integrity gap, a scene in our defenses where the real fraud is hiding. Over the last few hours, our panelists have shown us what it looks like on the ground. And honestly, what I'm hearing is both sobering and urgent. In the first panel, Steve, Rory, and Charles walked us through orchestrated attacks, exams completing in 180 milliseconds, answer patterns that no human could produce collusion rings coordinating across geographies. But uh the one thing which struck with me was most of us are catching this after results are posted, after credentials are issued, after the trust is broken. And our poll also showed it today. Visibility into pre-exam threat actors is very minimal. Post-exam collusion detection, late and is always expensive. That's the gap, and it's expensive both in time and what we are asking the proctors or the exam administrators to do. In the second session, uh, where we spoke about the fragmented tool landscape, Scott, Claire, and Lauren showed us the reality of managing exam security at scale. From pre-employment testing to millions of global test takers, we've got an understanding of how different organizations are managing risk in silos. One org is catching speedness anomalies, another one is relying on multi-camera behavioral analysis, a third one is doing forensic after the fact. But it's very rare that we have a unified view of threat across the entire program. And the cost is real, false positives drowning your teams, latency between uh incident and decision uh being very high, and most importantly, the feeling for candidates of being surveilled. One in seven report unfair treatment, and that's often associated to revocation of a credential or a test score which was already issued. And the last session, where we spoke about the shift that is happening, Liberty, Paul, and Isabel made it crystal clear. The session is not the exam. A clean proctoring window doesn't mean a secure credential. Content can leak before that, after that, identity can be compromised before collusion patterns emerge across sessions, across candidates, across programs. The signal we are missing is in the two-hour window. It's the entire set of data around it. This is the shift happening right now in the industry from session-centric to evidence-centric, from detection to prediction, and from reacting to preventing. And that's why I tell you we built AAOP, the assessment intelligence operations platform. It's not another proctoring layer, it's the unified nervous system that your exams need. Before the exam, we focus on risk prediction, identifying threat actors before they sit down, verifying their identity, flagging high-risk cohorts, looking for their digital footprint for indication of any form of malpractice. And during the exam, we focus on reducing the noise using our incident management process, which sits on top of our proprietary patented seven layer framework, and our living ontology to predict incidents and not just flag behaviors. And at the same time, we also are starting to deliver cautionary messages, predictive messages, so that candidates can self-correct. And after the exam, we spoke about how AOP can deliver cross-session intelligence, collusion detection, content leak tracking, and ring identification. And all of this beautifully come together in the control panel, a single dashboard where you have one disc score per program and recommendations that are data driven and not guesses, while also being able to track the outcome of interventions which you're making. So that's really what I carried away from today's session. Um I'm hoping that all of you had a lot of insights. The industry, I believe, is ready for a significant change as always. We are launching AIOP in the beta in coming months, and we want to partner with all of you. This isn't something Talview is building alone, it's something which we are building together and uh uh looking forward to another uh quarter of collaboration. Thank you.
