Welcome back. Hope everyone had a great summit today. We started today by asking a hard question. Can we trust the hiring process in the age of AI? And what do I hope you are leaving with is a clear answer. Not just that we can, but that we must take integrity a strategic priority, not an afterthought. The challenge or the challenges we have unpacked are real and they are accelerating. AI is reshaping every layer of talent acquisition. How candidates present themselves, how assessments are conducted, how interviews are evaluated. With that comes a new category of risk. Fraud that's harder to detect, bias that's harder to audit, and processes that were built for a different era. The key challenges we walk through: impersonation, air-assisted cheating, and assessment manipulation, these are in edge cases anymore. They're becoming the norm. And organizations that ignore them are building hiring pipelines on foundation of SANT. So what does the right response look like? Four things we have covered today. First, a security first approach. Embed zero trust principles into every stage of evaluation. Continuous air risk management isn't a feature you bolt on. It is a design principle you start with. Second, deliver fair experiences. Security and equity are in opposites. Assessment integrity is fairness. To the candidates who prepared honestly and to the organization, your organization is making consequential decisions. Third, protect while you enhance. We don't have to choose between a great candidate experience and a secure one. The organizations getting this right are doing both, safeguarding end-to-end without sacrificing usability. Last but not the least, pioneer together. No single organization will solve this alone. Sharing threat intelligence, collaborating on best practices, building an industry standard, that's how we win. And today, I'm proud to announce the official launch of AI AGIS, Talvue's dedicated community initiative to protect the integrity of the hiring process in an era where agentic AI is the powerful tool and a rapidly evolving threat. AI AGS will convene an invitation on the founding council of senior leaders across talent acquisition, human resources, security, legal, and research to surface emerging risks, shape practical frameworks, and cover the annual AI Ages Index so that the industry isn't reacting to the next wave of fraud, but getting ahead of it. So, what does it mean to lead the security hiring revolution? It means treating AI-powered security as a strategic asset, not as a compliance checkbox. It means setting the standard before regulators do it for you. And it means recognizing that your hiring process is a reflection of your values. If you cut corners on integrity there, what does that say about our organizations everywhere else? The organizations that move fast, that define what good looks like, will earn trust from candidates, from clients and from the market. The interview integrity imperative is at its core about this. Stakes of getting hiring right have never been higher. AI raises those stakes, but it also gives us unprecedented tools to meet them if we choose to. The question is not whether to act. The question is whether you will lead, follow, or get left behind. Thank you.
